I also just browse the “ballet” tag on Tumblr. :)

Are you on Tumblr more than you’d like to admit? Well, here’s a way to stay active while browsing fitness blogs. (And yes, this took a while to make. Lots of screen shots. But I think it was worth it.)
Just bringing this back. :)

I didn’t do anything special. Maybe you have a wonky theme?
I’m looking for a search bar that I can add to the blog that doesn’t just search for tags. I’d like you guys to be able to search by content, not just by what I tag posts as. (And I’d like to not have to go back and tag everything with a ton of tags just to get a search function to work.)
Does anyone know some good ones?

Here are some exercises I do while I go through my dash.
1. Get some strap on weights. Put them on your ankles. Now lift your legs as high as your desk or table will allow. Hold them there. Don’t slouch, sit up straight. point your toes. If you dont have sandbags, its ok, just hold your legs up. It works well. I do these for 30 seconds, then gradually add 10 seconds :)
2. Grab some weights. Just do some bicep curls. It tones your arms well. Now some tricep curls. 3 reps for each arm, at 10 a rep.
3. Stretch. Seriously, tilt your chair back a bit, raise your arms above your head, clasp your fingers together, and inhale through your nose. It feels amazing.
4. Put one leg on each side of your chair. While you are sitting. Now, use your hands, and force your legs apart. It stretches your inner thighs, a place that I have difficulty toning. This helps :)
Love you peeps!
