“Hello! New follower and seriously considering doing the June workout challenge. There's a bunch of (sometimes conflicting or confusing) information out there on nutrition and I was curious what you particularly mean by eating well.”

To me, eating well is making sure you’re getting the nutrition you need. Vitamins and minerals, fiber, protein for muscle growth, carbs for energy, etc. I do not mean cutting out all sweets or any food group.
