I’m always trying to get my readers involved in this blog, which is why BoP has a Fitocracy group and why I’m always taking suggestions. And now I’d like to have my readers help contribute to the blog in an even more tangible way: submitting to the blog.

What I’m looking for:

  • personal stories about your fitness goals
  • reviews of new workouts you’ve tried (including group classes, videos, etc.)
  • stories about health
  • interviews if you’d rather not write it all yourself
  • any other ideas you may have
