“I'm planning on taking an hour and a half hot vinyasa yoga class two or three times a week when my schedule allows, but i also wanted to continue doing your september workout. Do you think it would be too much if i did yoga and the workouts in the same day or would that be pushing too hard?”
I think that as long as your body is okay with it, and as long as you don’t do yoga right before the workouts, you should be fine. Or, just try doing easier workouts on your yoga days.
