Awesome article about different deadlift variations for different circumstances. It starts off with a guy complaining he hates deadlifts because it hurts his back since he’s super tall. His instructor won’t let him do any other variation, but forces him to to multiple sets of multiple reps for multiple rounds…they don’t name the gym, but how much do you guys want to bet its Crossfit.
