I don’t know if it’d be gone in under a week, but try these:
- reduce how much sodium you eat, especially checking the labels on packaged foods
- drink more water
- eat more veggies and more fiber
- try some high-intensity cardio videos, like kickboxing or Zumba (Blogilates has some really good Pop Cardio videos on YouTube)
- do side planks, planks, and oblique crunches
