“I love your blog and your workout calenders. I think that you should add that anyone doing the workouts should always try to get some more cardio in because it's far healthier than just body weight exercises. Its what burns the fat infront of the muscle.”
I am a huge fan of cardio + strength-training. While body weight exercises do burn fat, and recent studies suggest that weight-lifting actually does more for you than pure cardio, cardio is great for your endurance and heart health, and it’s easier to get into for people new to working out.
