Not on the monthly challenges, no, though I make sure there’s at least one day each week that is easier than the rest of the week. I also encourage people to take breaks if they’re very sore or not feeling well. It’s important to listen to your own body, but as long as you’re not working, say, your arms for 14 days straight, you should be fine.
