“Do your workouts really make you loose weight? and does sweating mean your loosing fat?”
Of course they do! Losing weight comes from eating healthy (which I can’t do for you) and working out, increasing muscle mass, etc., which is what my workouts are here for.
As for sweating, it only means that your body is trying to cool itself. It’s not a sure sign of fat loss, but it does mean that your internal body temperature is raised, which happens when you work out.
