We’re quickly nearing the end of August, which means the August monthly challenge is almost over. Here are a few reminders:
- Be sure to check the original post (linked above) frequently, as new workouts are being added under many of the categories.
- If you want to share your experiences, tag your posts with BoP: August.
- If you’d like to read about how others are doing, check out the BoP: August tag.
- At the end of the month, I’ll be asking for people who tried the challenge (even if not for the whole month) to write about their experiences. If you’re interested in writing a little piece or doing a short interview on the August challenge for this blog, keep you eyes peeled.
- And yes, a September challenge will be going up near the end of August. :)
