Alright, so it’s just written poorly. 7000 jumping jacks would, using this math, be accurate, if we assume that everybody burns the same amount of calories from the same exercises (which they don’t). But it should have been made more clear on the image that they want you to do 10 sets of 100 jumping jacks every day for a week. Really, that’s a bit ridiculous to expect of people when there are so many other exercises you could/should do. Especially since jumping jacks don’t do much in the way of strength-training.
