“what are sideways scissors?”
They’re like Pilates scissors, but instead of your legs moving parallel to your body, they’re opening sideways. Lay on your back, raise your legs in the air (as high as you can without clenching your quads or popping out your abs), then open them to the sides slowly and bring them back together.
