I do! I studied Iyengar yoga for a year in university, and since moving, do occasional heated yoga sessions. I’ve never put together a yoga workout, however, because I don’t know enough about putting together a good “flow” of poses and I don’t know if a written list would really be helpful for people. I do sometimes incorporate yoga into my workouts here, though, like tiger poses for abs and downward dog for stretching and arm strength.
