Two weeks into the August monthly challenge. How’s it going? Any progress? Find a new favourite exercise? Discover that you hate burpees or star jumps?

  3. etfini answered: I hate burpees!! But they’re effective. And every Arms-Day makes me sore as hell :D
  4. jinchiangel answered: hated burpees in the beginning, still hate them, but now I can do more :-) and I think I’m almost ready for cardio level 2
  5. uncancled answered: I love star jumps and burpees! I mean I hate them but I know the work so well! I am already noticing that my calves are slimmer!
