“Random tid-bit, anyone who has a problem lifting weights with their non-dominate hand can help improve that by doing things with their non-dominate hand. Example: I'm right handed, so if I brush my teeth and open doors and carry things with my left hand, it'll make it stronger(not by much but...) and more coordinated, therefore making weight lifting easier.”
