Just a heads-up…
…at the end of August, I’ll be looking for people to write about their experiences with my August workout plan. If you’re interested in writing a guest post/interview for this blog, I’d suggest keeping track of how you’re feeling. Did a certain day really kick your butt? Are you seeing progress? Did you ever get bored? Also, before-and-after photos (or stories like “I couldn’t do a single burpee and now I can do 10!”) would be awesome. :)
