Do they hurt if you just stand still and throw your arms out? If so, try keeping your arms closer to you or just raising your elbows when you jump.
Do they hurt only when you jump? If so, it might be a problem with the jump rather than the arms. Make sure you don’t arch your back and throw your chest forward during the jump.
