Please read my FAQ before sending me a question.

I'm a college student and a dancer, and I'm working to lose weight, gain muscle, become more fit... and help others do the same!

My Ask Box is always open to questions, suggestions, or if you just need to talk. If you'd like something to be answered privately, just let me know in the message. (Note: anonymous questions cannot be answered privately.)

“So, I've been trying to go healthier and as a snack, I've been eating greek yogurt with granola and blueberries... could the greek yogurt give me some excessive fat?”
-Anonymous

You need fat in your diet. Fat insulates nerve endings, protects internal organs, etc. Without it, you’ll possibly suffer gallbladder failure, vitamin deficiencies, depression, etc. Greek yogurt is a great snack, as it’s very high in protein and calcium. It also contains probiotics that will help calm your stomach and improve your digestive system. As long as you’re not eating super-high-fat foods all the time, a Greek yogurt is a great snack.
