What it is:

• freedom - from shame, guilt, obsession, pressure…
• confidence
• finding a true identity
• seeing your true identity
• enjoying food
• balance - some days you will eat too little, or too much, and that is okay
• a raise in self-esteem and dignity
• more peace
• feeling you deserve recovery.
