“When you give the number of repetitions on an exercise and don't specify "on each side", does that mean to count each side as one? For example, if you say 30 Russian Twists do you count 1(left), 2(right), 3(left) and so on? Boy I hope so or some of these are gonna kill me!!! :) Really enjoy the workout plans - thanks!”
Yup! The “each side” ones are more for things that you can only do on one side at a time, like lunges or side planks. Otherwise, each movement is a rep.
