If there’s a yoga studio in your area, check them out. Don’t dive into something like heated yoga right away; find a beginner’s class or an Iyengar class, which focuses on proper alignment.

If there aren’t any studios near you, check out Tara Stiles, a really great yoga personality that makes YouTube videos.

Also, yoga pairs nicely with more intense stuff. It’ll relax your muscles (and your mind) and teach you proper breath and placement for other activities.
