Please read my Today’s practice felt amazing, especially because my legs are killing me from legs day yesterday. Yoga feels great after lifting, it’s wonderful. I am totally obsessed with wheel pose right now and it’s starting to get ridiculous to the point where my mother didn’t even bat an eyelid when I was watching TV in it. It just feels so good!
I hope you guys like my little piece of heaven here. You probably can’t tell, but those massive leaves in the background are banana trees. It was also raining when these were taken, which was very soothing indeed!
