“@ "all anorexics are thin" anon: It is rather unfortunate that being underweight and having a certain BMI is a classifier for diagnosing anorexia. Starving yourself is starving yourself, illness is illness... the super skinny anorexics have just had the illness longer, it doesn't mean they have it worse than anyone else. People die from purposefully starving themselves no matter what weight they are. And not being able to seek treatment because "you look fine," is horrible no matter the illness.”
