Totally! You have to remember that progress doesn’t happen overnight. Take weekly/monthly progress photos, keep track of your personal records, watch you measurements (not weight) get smaller. I keep going by remembering how inflexible I used to be, by looking at my complete lack of muscle tone in old photos. That keeps me motivated.
