I’m not a doctor. I’m not a psychotherapist. I’m not a nutritionist. I’m just a college girl who dances, gets injured sometimes, eats healthy sometimes, eats unhealthy sometimes, deals with mental illness including eating disordered behaviours, and is trying to learn as much as she can about health and fitness.
If I answer your question with “Ask a doctor,” I’m not trying to brush you off. I’m trying to help you, but there’s a limit to my knowledge. I’d rather have you ask a doctor than have me go outside of what I know and end up with you hurting yourself.
