Keep breathing. Keep calm. It might be nothing at all, it might be serious. If it’s just been recently, especially if you’ve fallen or been coughing a lot, it might be inflamed ribcage cartilage, which kinda feels like a heart attack. If it hurts just below your breastbone, it might be heartburn. If you’ve recently added more exercise to your life, it might be the muscles in your chest and torso aching. If you’re throwing up or your heartbeat is irregular, get medical attention.
