Cardio Day!
Worked out for about an hour and a half this morning. Did an hour and ten minutes on the elliptical, burnt 700 cals. SWEATY. Not a bad way to start the day! Also did some leg lifts and a couple reps of dumbbells. worked out 5 out of 7 days this week. not mad about it. Time to enjoy the weekend! :)
