“I was wondering, what is your opinion on "Whey"? My brother used to take it every day before his rigorous workout and he slimmed up pretty quick, but I've always wondered if "Whey" had any part in it or if it was just all the exercise?”
I really don’t know much about it, but protein supplements are used to increase muscle gain. And more muscle = more calories burned, so it probably helped, but it’s not a miracle mix.
