I'm a college student and a dancer, and I'm working to lose weight, gain muscle, become more fit... and help others do the same!

My Ask Box is always open to questions, suggestions, or if you just need to talk. If you'd like something to be answered privately, just let me know in the message. (Note: anonymous questions cannot be answered privately.)
“Hey, I'm a dancer and most of my thighs are basically all muscle. I really want a thigh gap though. Do you know hoe I would be able to slim my thighs without gaining more muslce in them?”

You’re a dancer. You’ll likely never have a thigh gap because you need the muscles to dance. Not only does a thigh gap require a very specific sort of hipbones, you’d also need to get rid of the little adductor muscles that allow you to do beats and quick changements. With a thigh gap, you’d likely not have the strength to do impressive leaps and large jumps. That’s just what it means to be a dancer. (At least, that’s what it means to be a healthy one.) However, if you’re still interested in slimming the inner thighs, even if you might not ever have a gap, try inner thigh lifts or Cassey Ho’s new video.
