You can’t target fat loss, but there are ways to burn the fat off your body, even with a bad knee. Weight-lifting will increase the amount of muscle in your body, and muscles burn more calories. Shoulder presses with dumbbells would be a good place to start. Depending on how bad your knee is, talking to a physical therapist about strengthening it might be a good idea. :)
