I love the bagels from Costco, and even though they’re not super healthy, extra carbs before a workout are good. :) And I eat the yolk as well, because there is a lot of good in the yolk. Yes, eggs are fatty, but they have a lot of protein in them. Basically, a great pre-workout meal!
