“I absolutely hate running! I love swimming but you know, it's not that great for the hair. Plus, my friend says that when you're in danger, you're more likely to need to run from it then to swim away from it. Well thought and valid point. Thus, I feel that I need to start to train! What's your best advice to start and continue running?”
I hate running too, so I know how that is. Though a balance of swimming and running would be awesome. Swimming still builds endurance and works your legs, so you’d really just need to get used to the impact of running and learn the proper running stride.
