I kept a good pace, my breathing was nice and steady, my posture was good, and I really tried to concentrate on my alignment when I took each stride and made contact with the ground. I felt great, my foot felt a bit sore when I began my run but it wasn’t anything dangerous.
I love working up a sweat, that really sent my day off in the right direction.
And now I get to enjoy my awesome smoothie, stretch, re-hydrate, then go for a bike ride :D
