Of course they will! You have to gain weight during pregnancy; it’s unhealthy to not gain a number of pounds, especially that late in term. After your baby is born, don’t stress right away. Take time to yourself and to bond with your new family. After life settles into a new normal, you can return to exercising to get your arms back to how they were before the pregnancy (or maybe even better!). All it’ll take is a good diet, cardio, and strength training focused on your arms. Push-ups, tricep dips, shoulder presses, etc. Don’t worry yourself! (And congrats on the pregnancy!)
