“I am getting married on October 20th and need your help. I hate to run/jog and don't have a lot of free time to do a total workout routine daily. I am ok with my size but really would like to tone EVERYTHING! I eat pretty healthy and I am conscious of my intake. What do you suggest I do?? I need a quick fix to all of my giggle. Engagement pictures and showers are coming up and I want to be in top shape. HELP!!”

Get into weightlifting. Seriously. Not only do weights help you burn fat (to expose your muscles), they tone you up fast. Look into barbell deadlifts, assisted barbell squats, and the like. Or just buy yourself some dumbbells. (I’d suggest two 5-lbs, two 10-lbs, and if you need them, a 20-lb dumbbell.) With dumbbells, you can add more resistance to pretty much anything. Hold them while doing lunges and squats, hold one while doing Russian twists, etc. This will help work your muscles a lot faster than anything else, and it doesn’t take much more time.
