“Hey! Quick question. I started your "daily work outs" and I was wondering if you did other things along with it (besides eating healthy) such as more cardio or weights, etc. to get results? Or do you think by eating healthy and doing the daily work outs I will see some results?! Thanks!!”
You should definitely add in cardio and weight-lifting, as they will help you lose weight/tone your muscles a lot faster. But you would get results with only the workouts and healthy eating.
