For my first #FitnessFriday post, I’m going to be talking about some of my favourite exercises!

  • Russian Twists: done slowly and with a full twist in the ribcage, these help work your oblique abdominals and help your core balance
  • Glute Kickbacks: an easy way to work the butt, you can also hold a light weight behind the knee for an extra workout
  • Jumping Jacks: super simple and a great warm-up before any workout
