Today’s Workout (copied from Fitocracy)

An easier day today. Got housework done instead.

  • Body Weight Squat:
    • 10 reps (+8 pts)
    • 20 reps (+16 pts)
    • Set 2: plie squats
  • Incline Push-Up:
    • 15 reps (+5 pts)
  • Other Dancing:
    • 1:10:00 || Moderate (+141 pts)
    • Modern dance. Doing some Cunningham warm-ups and some “chance operations” to get ready for our final.
  • Ballet:
    • 1:00:00 || Broke a Sweat (+109 pts)
    • Wasn’t hard until we did super fast pique turns across the floor.
  • Walked up the stairs (in lieu of the elevator):
    • 1 floors (+5 pts)
    • 2 floors (+5 pts)
    • 1 floors (+5 pts)
    • 1 floors (+5 pts)
    • 1 floors (+5 pts)
  • Light Walking (secondary e.g. commute, on the job, etc):
    • 0:10:00 (+5 pts)
    • 0:10:00 (+5 pts)
    • 0:20:00 (+5 pts)
