“Hi, love your blog, really helps to keep me motivated! I've got a question for you, if you don't mind. I've been trying to get in shape for summer and I've made progress (yeeeey). But there's one part of my body that still shows no improvement: my 'lovehandles'. I've tried multiple excercises (been on it for a while), so my question is: do you know some excercises that really help attack love handles? xoxo”

The love handles are such a pain! The fastest way to get rid of them is overall fat loss through cardio (High Intensity Interval Training is best for fat loss) and generally gaining muscle (which burn more calories than fat). But there are workouts that will cinch in your obliques as well, which will help counteract love handles. The easiest exercises for the obliques are side planks, Russian twists, and bicycle crunches (or Pilates twists). I also have this workout that contains a number of exercises for the obliques (and videos of them all)! I hope this helps you. :)
