  • One-Arm Dumbbell Row:
    • 10 lb x 15 reps (+43 pts)
    • 10 lb x 15 reps (+43 pts)
  • Body Weight Squat:
    • 10 reps (+8 pts)
    • 10 reps (+8 pts)
  • Kneeling Push-Up:
    • 16 reps (+10 pts)
    • 10 reps (+6 pts)
  • Pilates:
    • 1:15:00 (+292 pts)
    • Heavy on the stretching. I like having a dancer for a Pilates instructor.
  • Walking:
    • 1:34:55 || 6.1 mi || 3.8 mph || light hills (+373 pts)
    • Even had a creepy stranger stop his bike to ask me if I had Facebook! Ugh.
  • Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press:
    • 10 lb x 16 reps (+42 pts)
  • Glute Kickback:
    • 0 lb x 15 reps (+10 pts)
    • 0 lb x 15 reps (+10 pts)
  • Goblet Squat (dumbbell):
    • 10 lb x 15 reps (+40 pts)
    • 10 lb x 10 reps (+38 pts)
  • Split Jump Squat (Iron Mikes):
    • 10 reps (+10 pts)
  • Dips - Triceps Version:
    • 10 reps (+35 pts)
  • Dumbbell Squat:
    • 5 lb x 15 reps (+39 pts)
  • Plank:
    • 40 sec (+18 pts)
  • Jumping Jacks:
    • 30 jumping jacks (+11 pts)
