The exercise plans I post here are not my plans for myself. I do 2.5 hours of modern dance, 2.5+ hours of ballet, 2 hours of Pilates, and 2 hours of yoga a week, in addition to stretching, strength-training, and long walks and cardio at home. I work out a lot. And I can’t give the password to Anons, as I’ve said many, many times before.
