Two weeks until I leave for Florida.
I need to kick my butt into shape if I’m going to look good on the beaches.
- Only chocolate will be in the form of a 90-cal granola bar, 100-cal SlimFast bar, or 110-cal Skinny Cow bar.
- Only one chocolate “bar” a day.
- One quart of water a day.
- Always have at least one bottle of 0-cal drink in the fridge.
- Do not eat the sweets people bring to school.
- 100 jumping jacks every day.
- :30 plank before bed.
- 20 inner thigh lifts with each leg every day.
- 5 reps with the ab wheel every day.
- University gym on days off: 30+ minutes elliptical, adductor machine, lat pulls.
- Pilates stomach series every day.
Edit: I’m going to call this all 2W2FL (Two Weeks To Florida).
