Start standing with your arms reaching over your head. Squat down, place your hands on the floor, and jump back to a plank position. Jump the feet back in, stand, stretch the arms overhead. Repeat. You can make them more difficult by doing a push-up while in the plank position or by jumping each time you stand back up. It’s a really good full body workout.
