hi, i was wondering if you could recommend some workout routines for me. i'm a beginner, so right now i don't know much moves and i can't do a lot of reps. the workout routines i'm doing are the "100 calorie workout" (40 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 20 squats, 10 pushups) and "world's fastest workout" (burpees, mountain climbers, high knees, jumping jacks, 1 min each). also, can you tell me how to do high knees? thank you :) — Anonymous
First, the easy question. High knees are really simple, and here’s a video!
Secondly, there are plenty of workouts for beginners. Pop Pilates (look Cassey up on YouTube) has some Pilates For Beginners videos. GainFitness has a really cool workout creator. I have these short workouts, as well as a leveled workout series that gets harder as you get more fit.
