The current weight on my page isn’t totally accurate right now, as I’ve had a stressful couple of weeks and have been slacking on my workouts. But yes, it’s been mostly the healthy way. I’ve been working on my weight for a long time, but I’ve really started to focus on it since the beginning of this year. Hoping to see more progress as time goes on!
