The current weight on my page isn’t totally accurate right now, as I’ve had a stressful couple of weeks and have been slacking on my workouts. But yes, it’s been mostly the healthy way. I’ve been working on my weight for a long time, but I’ve really started to focus on it since the beginning of this year. Hoping to see more progress as time goes on!

I’m glad you like my workouts. Sometimes I get really nervous that no one will like them. :)
