“What's your favourite type of cardio?”
At the gym: ellipticals. It gets the heart rate going, you can adjust the resistance, it doesn’t hurt the knees, I can read while doing it, and I find it fun.
At home: jumping jacks. Super easy, super effective.
For really light cardio, I also like going for long, long walks on the bike path near me. And when I get the chance, a couple intense rounds of DDR does the trick nicely as well.
