Now that my Followers number is exploding, I’ll take this time to remind you of a few things:

- To find even more, search “workout” or “exercise” on my blog.
- You can download a .zip file of 30 of my fave songs to work out to here.
- I am not always healthy. I do suffer from disordered eating behaviours, so this blog will have thinspo. It will always be tagged “thinspo,” so you can use something like Tumblr Savior to block those posts if you’d like.
- I will not post photos of my face.
- I am not a dietician, a nutritionist, a health care professional, etc. However, I have struggled with eating disorders and I am a dancer, so I can offer anecdotal advice.
- The password to my progress blog will not/cannot be given out to anons.
