Okay, tomorrow I’m going to be starting my Valentine’s Challenge, running from January 14th to February 14th.
What is it?
- The Valentine’s Challenge is a month-long challenge to help you get in shape before Valentine’s Day.
How does it work?
- Each day, I will post a set of challenges. They will range from doing certain exercises to eating healthy foods. Each challenge will have a point value.
- At the end of each day, you will send me a message telling me which you have done. I will calculate your points and update the listing.
Do I win anything?
- Only a healthy body!
How do I enter?
- Just send me a message letting me know you’d like to enter. If you’d like, you can also give me a couple bits of info, such as your name (or what you want to be called on the points listing), your age, or your height. No weights, please.
- Then just keep an eye on the tag BoP: Valentine’s Challenge or follow me to get the daily challenges!
