Both. In high school, I was a binge eater, to the point that no one was allowed in my bedroom because the floor was covered with food wrappers and boxes. In college, I started restricting and over-exercising, including exercising while injured. Now, I’m mostly recovered, though I go through rough patches now and again.
It’s a work in progress! A couple weeks ago I decided to take charge - by changing my diet and my workout habits. This calender helps me keep track and motivate me to keep going. 3 weeks in and I’m already seeing results on the scale! I really don’t know, though I think all butts are awesome, square-ish or round-ish!
I’m a huge fan, though as a fan of the book series as well, I have to be sure to separate the two, as they’re 800% different from each other, despite the musical being “based on” the book. But yes, I’ve performed some of the pieces (vocally, it’s been many years since I played an instrument) and went to see it on stage in Chicago for Christmas one year with my boyfriend. :)

I’m really not sure how Cassey’s calendars are set up, so I’m not sure. If the two combined wouldn’t cause you to be over-training or over-exerting yourself, the two together should be fine.
