I’ve decided to modify my monthly routine a bit. Now I have heavier Dumbbells and a barbell I’ve added a Complex Barbell workout 3 days a week, while also incorporating some yoga/stretching moves as well for my rest and Abs days.
I’ve also narrowed my workouts down to the toughest ones I had for the cardio and general days.
I’m loving feeling this good!!
